Do the wing mirror buttons light up at night?

Post by BONGODADDY » Tue Jul 27, 2010 11:34 pm

Hi all,

Hope not a daft question, i am rarely driving the Bongo at night, what lights up on the dash, i think that i might have the bulb/s out on the wing mirror adjuster switch (If there is one)?

Cheers
Paul.

Come on Jay, what's the secret

I thought it seemed strange that the switch plate did not light up as it would be a good idea to see it like the other switches at night :?:

OK :D I have had the switch apart... (In the early throws of auto mirror closure on locking i fried but did repair a small section of the PCB.)

There is no room for a bulb & the switch front don't allow light through like the other switches... So there!!

But, the back-light from my drivers window switch throws a blue hue on the mirror switch in pitch black!

PS; Paul, yer package is wrapped & ready to go! Should be in the post soon...

How often do you adjust your wing mirrors at night?
