Hi all,

Only a week to the meeting, still space if you want to attend, the weather looks like it will clear by then, PM me for how to book!

So far, we've got the following for the weekend
______________________________________________________________________

( plus percusion instruments to jam along with!)

An assault course free for all and a supervised race for anyone wanting to compete.

......bikes can also use this course for fun too.

A workshop run by Cheryl titled "life enhancement", (people out side of the event would be attending this too). This will incude NLP, hypnosis techniques and hand outs to take home )

A hot bbq and potatoes for the fri evening plus bar.

Breakfast sat morning, sun morning.

Evening hotlick meal sat night plus bar and entertainment ( musicians)

In the other half of the party shed there will be table tennis, table football, darts. for the use of young people at all times (excluding 10am till 4pm sat as there is a course running in there).
A small covered area for the smaller kids to colour and paint, unsupervised so children will need parental/adult attention.

Horse riding / hacking around the farm only for the experienced riders who must have there own insurance. Lead rein around the menage for non experienced again own insurance.
(there would be limited spaces for this so would have to book befor hand - PM me if interested).

On a serious note (who, me?!?) .... If someone wants to be cured, then I think they can. I'd have a word with Cheryl on the weekend.

As for directions, I'll post something up after the weekend - I'm away to Hull now, the Clipper round the World race is finishing there today,

(Pam, you probably know already, but there's a sea shanty festival on as well this weekend).

As the farm track entrance is a bit tricky to spot from the main road, I'll put some 300 / 200 / 100 countdown boards up - mainly so Mr Monkey
can get his braking point sorted

For Amanda, shes petrified of them, gets tricky when we take the dogs over the fields and end up surrounded by them

Hi all,

Those of you needing directions to next weeks meet, the address is:

Cabourne Parva Farm
Riby Road, Nr Caistor
Lincs, LN7 6DR

Here's a map from the M62 / A1 area

Image

...and here's a detail from Caistor......

Image

If you arrive from Caistor-way, take the A1173 towards Riby, the farm track is about 2 miles out, on the RIGHT. You can't see the farm from where you turn-in, so I'll put some marker boards on the roadside before the entrance.

If you are having problems finding the place from this, try HERE

See you all next weekend!

Anytime after 4pm on Fri should give us time to get the few last bits ready at the farm.
