10/11th could do 17/18th possibly, not sure 24/25th is the Womad Festival... yay!stilldesperate wrote:Hi all,
Thanks for the great response to the event, I have heard from Peter at the farm, he would prefer the meeting to be in July, I think the main reason is if the Aug harvest runs over, he will be hard-pressed to get everything ready for us.
Possible dates, therefore, are:
10/11 July, 17/18th july, 24/25th July (my preferred date).
Could peeps let me know who can attend which dates, I'll pick the one that most can get to.

Hi all,
Just spoken with Peter, and the best date all round is ........

23rd - 25th july
(sorry, Umbongocat, but I'm trying to juggle my workload in with this).
Next question will be cost, I'm hoping to get that sorted asap, but Peter wants it to be reasonable, so I'm sure it will be.
Mr Monkey - we're booked to call over there sat 26th, we can spend the night and work out the best layout for the camping.
SD
PS Peter is willing to buy the electrics for the mains hook ups - anyone can get us trade on cabling, RCCD's, site sockets etc?

Deffo in. Whatever the date, from the sounds of this set up, it'll be the first of many at a Top Spot.
July 23rd it is.

Hi Iain,
Would love to come to this one, sounds like these people are really working hard to ensure we have a great weekend and deserve all the help we can give them. Re the electrics....dreamwarrior is a self employed sparky so may be able to help on the cable things etc ? Is there anything I can do at all ?
That weekend or any other in July is good for me.
WELL DONE LOVE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
