I would like to replace it, so does anyone know where I can get a suitable bolt and what exactly I'm looking for?

Diesel Specialist......... Most are Bosch..... quote the Bosch part number...

Thank you for all the responces I had on this thread.
I made a trip down to Newbury and had a new diesel pump fitted about a month or two ago and so far no cutting out so hopefully problem cured.
In future I will be far more likely to travel to a bongo specialist than have any work done by a local garage.

Great news. Discount Trucks get rave reviews and they'll have done whatever (and only whatever) it needed to get it running right again. Happy (trouble free) motoring for summer 2010 ond on
