The van normally starts fine. However, once in a blue moon if it misses first time (in the morning) when you retry it will refuse to start.....no matter what you try.
But...leave it maybe 1/2 an hr and it starts 1st time. Slightly annoying when you want a quick get away but it's only happened twice since we got the bongo around easter.
Anyway, camping this morning, went to make a quick getaway with a 3 yr old and 8 mth old baby and the battery was flat (the result of one of those powered coolboxes). We cadged some jump leads and the van refused to start (turning over fine)....left it tried again.....1.5 hrs later after lots of attempts AA called, battery almost flat again and decided to have one last ditch and hey presto it starts 1st time (the campsite applauded).
We presume this mornings problem is related to the original intermittent one. Any ideas what is happening 'cos it's really annoying.

Starter for 10
Always a good starter for 10 is clean the battery post and make sure earth strap is good. Seem to recall posts on this b4.
