Turbo Timers

Post by Bon go north » Mon Mar 22, 2010 7:38 pm

Dear all,

Can anyone clarify if turbo timers are legal or illegal. I cant seem to find information anywhere which clarifies this point. I've been on the Dvla and Direct gov for motoring. Can anyone help.

Thanks

Andy

They're legal... till you get out of your car and leave the engine running

When I arrive at a camp site at 80 mph, I tend to let the engine idle for 30 secs - much easier :)
