second problem - electrics

just discovered something new -
no power going to the rear wiper and nought from rear speakers
dunno if the 2 could be related?
any suggestions?

Are you sure you've got rear speakers?
Rear wiper is proabaly the connection between the door & body.

how stupid do I feel now! there are speaker covers with nothing beneath.

what is it they say about assumption?

I was on a management course once they said that "if you ASSUME anything you make an ASS out of U and ME"

Reasonable assumption to make, but asssumption is the mother of all f**k ups

You may find you still have the wiring tough...?

I had no rear speakers but if you can see a white two wire connector block behind the grill..? Yer nearly there!
