Hi,
The light behind the lower strip of buttons (rear window heater, front fog lights) is out - so I can't see them at night. Are they on a separate bulb or is it more likely to be a fuse? If the bulb how easy it is to change?
Secondly, my rear heated window isn't working. Again, which fuse would it be? If the fuse is ok, then I'll assume a broken wire in the rear hatch.
Cheers !

The rear heater fuse is the 30 Amp lower right hand corner of the fuse panel by the drivers knee, but the relay for the heater is operated via a separate 10 Amp fuse although that handles other things as well;
Hover you mouse over the fuses to see an image of where the fuse is.
Most of the illuminated switches have there own lamp in the switch the Front Fog switch normally on the top right is fused in common with all of the Illumination switches so its unlikely to be the fuse and the exact wiring depends on Year and if you have Airbags and type of Air Con. Use the link above and choose the right Manual and look in the contents. Else let us know what you have and we can point you at the right diagram.

I take it you're talking about the climate control illumination? there's a factsheet - http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/member ... nation.pdf
You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.
Re: dashboard lights and rear window heater
Thanks for that, but they are the buttons below the steering wheel, not the air con ones. On mine they are the rear screen heater and front fog light buttons.
I need to tinker about and have a look.

Lower strip? I have these fitted to the top next to the wheel.. Do you have a rear demister illumination (orange/yellow) light that comes on to the right of the dial pod in the warning light cluster?Gripped wrote:Hi,

Or is the switch itself illuminated when on? (Discounting the dash back light.)

Yes those are the ones !
At night, that set of switches are not illuminated. The rest of the dash is.
Also, the rear demist doesn't light up on the dash (at least I don't think it does).
Any ideas?

Does the rear demist work but the warning bulb just not light?
The bulbs are on the side of the switch, try taking the switch out & seeing if the bulb is seated properly?
