Im looking for some advice from someone that has actually done this task and I have a couple of questions :
1) What are the torque settings for the inlet manifold bolts ?
2) If I undo the injector pipes to gain access, can they simpy be put back on or do I need to replace some washers etc? (I dont want to be left stuck waiting for parts with the job half finished).
3) Do the injector pipes then need to be bled free of air bubbles at the injector end or will it self-bleed when starting the engine ?
I have a oily leak near at the front end of the inlet manifold. I have a new inlet manifold gasket and will replace the leaking one when it is abit warmer outside.
Advice: anyone removed/replaced their inlet manifold ?

Having now done this , I can tell anyone who's interested that it is a easy and straight forward task. Took about 2 hours from start to finish.
To answer my own questions :
1) 25Nm.
2) Straight on & off - they go together like taper brake pipe fittings.
3) Engine self bleeds on turning over.
