Do you mean you have 3 wires left in the old wiring loom or 3 wires left over from the ISO adaptor ? or a combination of both ?

If left over in the old wiring loom then;
red/yell = Reversing Light signal ISO Plug A pin 3
grn/red = Automatic Volume control from speed signal ISO Plug A 1,
grn/blue = Parking Brake on signal, it isn't used in the ISO plugs for the radio, but is used to control TV displays to be legal.

See here for all the connections on the ISO plugs.
