Coolant change - how often

We got ours changed last spring when we had MOT and service - got it all done at the same time. Since done about 4k miles - most of the miles during the one trip to France and another trip 8 hours away in the faaar North of Scotland. Should I be thinking about getting it changed again soon or how soon? thanks in advance

they say every 2 years
