Wiring a Radio

Hi,
just purchased our first Bongo and it did'nt come with a radio. It seems that somebody has cut off the ISO plug on the wiring (if they originally have one?)

I'm all sorted with the power connections, Pos,neg etc but need to know which colour wires correspond to which speaker and also their + - as they all seem to have a striped tracer which makes it hard to identify which is + - etc.

I'd be grateful for any help possible.

As far as the speakers are concerned there is no such thing as
pos or neg as the signals are AC. what is more important is that
they all are synchronised to acheive maximum base response.

Use a 1.5 volt battery straight across each pair which will cause
each speaker to click, label each pair as you find them with tape.

If you could see the speaker cones then when energised they will
either displace forwards or backwards. The polarity of the battery
should be noted to make sure they all displace in the same direction
for the same battery polarity.

If you can't see the speaker cones, then assume that the striped
cable in each pair are either all positive or all negative.

If the speakers are not synchronised it will have no ill effect
but you may notice an improvement in base response if they are.
