replacement rear arches

Post by Bongo Boozer » Tue Jan 12, 2010 7:49 pm

Does anybody know where I can get a couple.
The shop no longer seems to stock them.

Looking to get mine done in the spring.

ebay search "breaking bongo" give them a ring and ask if they have a rust free pair they can cut out for you.........I got a super pair for £80 delivered and of course once fitted they are a perfect match.

Good find Ian - Hadrian Panels have been on the go for yonks - they're stuff is pretty good. Are the new ones a bit narrower than the first batch to miss the "swage" line forward of the wheel?

I'm not sure. But Hadrian inspected a Bongo and said that the Transit panels would be as near-as-damn-it.

Sorry to disagree Ian, but they are
69 pounds a pair including Vat if you
collect them from a local stockist.

I have just bought a pair and tried
several local stockists and they all
quoted exactly the same price as did
Hadrian themselves.

Bongo Boozer,

Go to Hadrian website called Perfect Panels.

http://www.perfectpanels.co.uk/index_stockists.htm

If you search on "Essex" you will probably find the stockist
in Malden Essex. You could easily have one closer than that
if you narrow it down a bit with putting in a local town.

I live on the border of Essex and Hertfordshire and at first
I got the Malden one which is 40 miles away, then I tried
Hertfordshire and fouund one in Baldock which is 16 miles
away, so I tried Enfield and found one which is about 6
miles away.

Be aware that one side has been out of stock from Hadrian
since 3 weeks before Xmas but they are on the boat and
expected in within a week or so, I have got one, still waiting
for the other one.

Mine are being done locally to me including replacing parts
of the floor pan and chassis parts which caused it to fail
the latest MOT regulations. I know him so well I didn,t even
ask for a quote, but I know he won't take me for a ride.

Ben.

I have a couple of Q's

Ours are coming through again after a cosmetic DIY tart up last year.

Which model Transit are they from?

Any one eye balled them on yet?

If this is the answer what an absoloute result, our prayers may have been answered [-o<
