Anyone used these?

Or can anyone recommend a decent - well priced alternative - have people fitted the Landrover discovery Motaquip VBZ44?
The cold snap has tested my original Jap battery and a new one is in order. If anyone has a product code other than the one from the parts database I'd appreciate it.
Thanks as ever for any ideas!

Re: Starter battery recommendations?
just a little point with the battery
70amp/hours isnt that big and the cca cold cranking amps again is lower than you would hope for a bongo to start easily in adverse weather.
the bongo needs around 650 cca to be happy.
i think however this 068 is what people have used in a bongo before. i got a replacement 2yrs ago from autoparts which was a 95 amp/hr 680cca for half that price but with only a 3 yr warranty.
i hope some others will be on to offer more advice for you.

Re: Starter battery recommendations?
just got a Yuasa Professional 030..... 068 equivalent..... 570 CCA/70Ah and it fits a Nissan Patrol too..... as well as Lexus models.... from a local Motor factor....inc 3 yrs warranty......... £49 inc vat....
My Diesel Bongo starts "on the button".... turn the key to heat then to power the starter, engine starts to throw over...approx 1/2 turn and she's away........... if you want or think you need a battery with a bit more kick...........249 or Yuasa Professional 335

Re: Starter battery recommendations?
Thanks so much for the replies - I've done a bit of searching too and the Varta G7 and Bosch S4 seem to be rated and as I don't run a leisure battery I think going for a higher amp hour will help on the rare occasions we run the rear fluro and lights when camping.
Prices are steep though - will check our local motor factors tomorrow but they are also expensive I've found so might go on line.
Thanks for the help - any other ideas welcomed of course - )

I've used Tayna before. Good prices and fast delivery. Don't know if this is the right battery (not got my Bongo battery details to hand) but it's 068 as suggested earlier http://www.tayna.co.uk/068-Numax-Car-Battery-P997.html
