Got a flat tyre

Can someone help!
Got a simple flat tyre. However cant get my spare tyre off from under the bongo! Any ideas
please!!!

Hi
All you need should be in the little cubby just inside the sliding door step!!

the kit includes a long metal rod that goes through the back bumper and winds the spare down!!(keeping it simple)

Good Luck,hope you dont have a skinny spare!!!!

If you have a problem post up your location someone may be able to help if they are local!

how have you tried to get it off, using the socket from under the sliding door, locate in the hole centre of the rear door/bumper when open,unwind the cable holding the wheel in place.
if you have tried this then maybe the wheel is stuck in place often by waxoil.
