New Cylinder head, Please help

Hi All, I have just Purchased a new cylinder head for my Late 1995 WL type Bongo after the original one failed a pressure test at the engineers, It was cracked internally between number one and two cylinders Causing overheating, Cooling system Pressure etc,

Previous to this, It had a new rad fitted, Thermostat removed and some sort of head sealer used, This cured the problem for a couple of months, The amount of time i have owned the bongo, Say no more,


To cut a long story short,
The new head i have got has only two pipes coming from the press in fitting at the front that i can deal with, I will add a t piece so i have the bleeding pipe, (Excuse my French),

It also came with some press in fittings and brass washers to go in the injector holes,

It is a patent copy head, Hmm,

My Questions are, Has anyone here fitted one of these heads, And is it possible to fit these parts myself, How do i get the pipe in and be sure of a good seal, and do the injector fittings just press in easily, I am hoping to get some info from someone that has succesfully carried out this job, Also What is the tappet clearance,

Sounds like (from what I read on here) that you have a head intended for a Mazda 2500/Ford Ranger pick-up which doesn't need/have a bleed tube as it only has one heater system.

Not sure about that, But certainly the press in pipe is a ranger fitting otherwise it would have three in out pipes,

Never mind, Thanks anyway,

I bashed the pipes in with a mallet and a plastic topped screwdriver, One tap on each side at a time aroud the lip, And it went in nice, Soon as the tapping pitch changed to a more bell like sound, it was fully home

As for the injector seal things and brass washers, I pressed them in by laying them in and screwing the injector into it, Again fine,

At least i am looking forward to putting it all back now, Just need the tappet clearance to give them a quick check before stuffing it all back in, Then i can have my lovely bongo back, I have only had it a couple of months, And i love it, Even doing the head is ok, As i have got both the front seats out complete with the engine covers, Got me gas cooker in the back to keep me warm and in coffer too, And i can sit on the reversed back seats while i am doing the engine in the warm, on me drive, With a bit of music too.
Still a worry though, Is this head gonna be alright, Probably made in China, Mind you, They make some good gear now, Cant knock them. Also I expect the original bongo Head must cost a few bob,
