Valve Clearances

Could someone please give me the valve clearances for a 2.5 bongo WLT motor.

According to the Service Manual they are:
Inlet 0.1 +/- 0.05mm (Cold)
Exhaust 0.2 +/- 0.05mm (Cold)
96' Green AFT 4WD / BMW R100GSPD
