Cruise Control

My AP500 cruise control has finally given up the ghost. I see that a number of members have fitted the Waeco control unit.
Before I buy one can anyone provide examples of where best to install it? Any photos of installatuion would be great.

Which part do you mean the servo unit, the electronic control unit, or the control pad?


There should be several sets of photos already posted in the threads about the Waeco, and I think both the servo unit and control pad locations are shown.

The servo unit. I have always had problems locating a good spot for the unit on other cars.

Have searched the threads earlier but not found a photo link. Shall have another gleg
