heater plug indicator blinking

heater plug indicator blinking
I'm not sure this indicator light is for the heater plug, the indicator located just below the RPM meter with a spring like diagram, it's now blinking non stop when the van is on and running, I have no problem to start the van in the morning and everything seems working well, so what is the blinking light indicating?
