Did they give you a choice of tints? If so which did you go for?

Got mine screen changed thru Bellhill Garage who supply at least one of the national glass companies. I opted for the tinted screen with the graduated tint at the top. I think the retail price was around £200, but it just cost me the excess from Lifesure. If you have any problems getting hold of a new screen, then speak to Tom at Bellhill.

That's useful info, Simon - unlike my idiot input above. What other variations are there, if any?Simon Jones wrote:Got mine screen changed thru Bellhill Garage who supply at least one of the national glass companies. I think there are two: both with slight tint, but I went for the one with the graduated darker tint at the top which helps to keep the sun out of your eyes.

I think there is choice of 2 colour tints as discussed on here a while back, a greeny tint & a bronze tint I think.

When we had the drivers side window replaced they asked me bronze or green glass. I didn't know which, but opted for bronze hoping it went with the privacy windows. I still can't tell now if it is tinted or not, it looks clear to me and no different to the passenger side luckly.
