Rubbing noise accelerating from 60 to 70mph

Post by beerfinder » Tue Sep 29, 2009 2:26 pm

Recently used a trailer for the 1st time, noticed rubbing noise then, put it down to be us being fully laiden ( van also lowered 2" inch )

However, now when accelerating from 60mph the rubbing noise is happening all the time.

Checked out under the arches & condition of tyres ( less 2000 miles on them ) nothing apparent.

Could it be the Engine Sump cover?

As the Speed Bumps have been a nightmare of late

Any advice would be grand
