fuel reserve indicator?

hi there, can anyone tell me if i have a fuel reserve light on my new freda,
dont want to run out of fuel trying to find out [-X :oops:

Depends on the age, from about 1998 (S) they did, earlier ones didn't

Look on the bright side, if you run out you have a self-priming fuel system so it should start again without any hassle, as long as you haven't dragged a load of crud through the fuel lines :twisted:

hi, its a 1997 2.5l td ford freda 2 wd
ignition dosnt light up a fuel indicator. :?
have yourself a midlife chrisis,,,,go buy a bongo!

You might still have it, mine doesn't light up when the ignition is switched on. It doesn't come on until the needle is right on the empty line, lasts for about 40 miles before running out - trust me - I've tried! :oops:
