Split charger

Can anyone tell me how to do a split charger system for a leisure battery? Have been told you can do it yourself with a spot lamp relay and few other bit? not to good with electrics!!! :shock: seen kits you can buy are these a easier option?

You can do it yourself, but the willinton kits on ebay are so well built & easy to fit, it'll save a lot of messing about especially if you're not sure what you're doing - http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/willinton&ssP ... X:SELLERID - if he hasn't got any listed, just contact him through ebay & ask if he's got any ready to go, he sells the battery trays too if you need.

It does everything you need it to, down to the tails to plug into the fusebox to switch circuits onto the LB in seconds.

sorry to change subject can you point me in direction of how to bleed the cooling system? read somewhere about a fact sheet? got some new hoses and anti freeze today..

In the members area, accesible if you're a paid up club member. If not if you have a search around on the coolant threads, the various methods are all on the forum somewhere :wink:

It's worth the 12 quid membership just to get the fact sheets, bleeding ,fuses,paint codes and loads more.
