Mystery fuses... what are they for?
While poking about under the dash (I was fitting a parking sensor) I found a couple of fuses in a block, tucked up behind the the panel just to the left of the steering column. The wires go into the Bongo loom and is well wrapped with insulating tape. I haven't a clue what they are for - anyone know?

You will have to trace the wires to where they are going. it could be for your lights/blinds ciggy socket or any after market fitting. take a fuse out and try and find what does not work.
Lost without my Bongo.

Disconnect the fuses and try everything.

Yes, these are mystery fuses with out a doubt.

Do you have a leisure battery?

Thanks for the suggestions. I couldn't investigate further the other day as it started to rain - and didn't stop until Sunday..!
Waycar8 got it - one is for the burglar alarm system and the other is for the extra motor they fitted in the driver's door. I was fooled by the fact they appeared to be wired into the original Bongo cable loom as it's all well wrapped with insulation tape. When they fitted the alarm they must have dismantled the dash to make such a neat job of it - I'd have used cable ties myself...
Now while investigating the above I've just discovered my rear fog lamp ain't working - never ends does it.... !
