Hope This Helps So It Dont Get To Bad
Taken from my 1995 SGL5 before extensive welding and rear arch replacement.
I know ist a known problem but the undeseal covered it up and didnt help

I have one in a similar state, how much did it cost to repair it all ?.

Do you have a photo of the finished wheel arches ?.

Its in paint at the moment so more pics soon.
Had the arches made by a local metelwork company after giving them a template and profile of sills
if its all a sucsess they may produce them soon sills in 1metre lengths
The made em of 1mm steel so should last.
took a lot of labour but worth it
