is it safe to run light in the bongo without using relays or should all lighting systems have relays as well as fuses.
Bongo now work later !!! :) :)

Providing the wiring to the light, and the rating of the switch is adequate for the wattage of the lamp, there should be no need for a relay. I have only normally seen relays used on headlamps or spotlamps/foglamps where the switch may not be capable of handling the wattage of the lamps. The switch is then used just to switch the relay, and the relay carries the high current of the lamps.
