4th Sep Mablethorpe Golden Sands . again -Weekend

Post by not so old » Sat Jun 27, 2009 12:40 pm

Hi,
I have booked this weekend and if anyone would care to join us again, please let me know and I will get a field again if necessary. If enough are interested The cost Fri and Sat £25 or Fri,Sat and Sun £30 . This price is including electric, dog, awning and extra children(over 2)
If you would like to check, you will find this is a very fair price. Price otherwise is £30 and £36 plus dog and extra persons.
Weather should be better than March
Here is a link to the March thread.

To Book Mablethorpe Haven:-
Phone them on 01507474200 and VERY IMPORTANT- Quote "BONGO CLUB" when booking. Failure to do this will mean you will pay full price!!!!which cannot be refunded So if the price is too much don't pay and let me know.
Fri Sat £25 Fri Sat Sun £30 ....................inclusive of..
Unit, people, awning, electric, passes and dog all in this price. Because it is already getting busy for this period, early booking is highly recommended to ensure we get our usual field. So get booking folk
PM me with your booking number when you have booked. This way I can check that they have got it right on the day
Look forward to seeing you there

Cheers Anna

Hi Anna,

All being well I am free Friday night and possibly saturday depending on schedules from work. Will even bring the Bongo along this time and leave the Eos at home :-)

It will be great to see you again Simon. Shame you can't bring the Eos too. It's a great little car, even though I only got to sit in it :D
If there is enough bongos, we might get aerial piccis ? Or at least see that plane in action :D

Very happy to have you on board again John :D
I did negotiate the price. I would have wished cheaper, but they stuck on this price, however they agreed not to charge extra for dogs and extra persons/kids . I have told them if I get a good response I will take up the offer. It looks like it will be another popular one, so I will contact them and arrange a method of payment or Ref name tomorrow, or I will pay and everyone can pay me. So don't book yet! If anyone has already booked please give me your booking number by PM and I will sort it.

Ps
Forgot to say that I had already booked my pitch last month, but thought others might like to join me, therefore asked for the usual rally field and a cheaper price, if enough are interested. It's always worth a try..... Walla! Haven, will be saying it's that silly old woman again!

That's great ! Manda and Andy :D
I hoped my midlanders would make it, to Mablethorpe revisited  I will post the details tomorrow after talking to Haven. The weather should be fair at that of year, so probably won't need a heater this time  However we have proved a good time can be had whatever the weather :D

we`re unlikely to make this one, sadly,as it`s so close to the start of the children`s new term, but we`ll see how it goes.

Sure hope you come! I will post details tomorrow. You will not be able to do on the internet, so I will give a phone number and Reference quote tomorrow. There shouldn't be a problem with booking late. I will have the numbers held :D
