Daft one this!!

I have a JVC face off stereo in the Bongo which has decided to eat a disc and wont give it back, basically it wont eject and I dont fancy listening to Don Henley forever more (even tho I do like the album). It will play no problem !!

Anyone know a quick fix to get it out so I can put some Metallica or suchlike on ??? Or is it time for a new unit? err and a new copy of Don Henley

Cheers

You can download manuals from the JVC site - mine wasn't listed, so I sent an enquiry via a webform on the site and someone replied with the relevant pdf file within an hour or so.
