Hopefully you'll double the number of satisfied Audiovox users.
At that price it's well worth a try.

Just fitted an Audiovox a month ago , very easy to fit , sent to America for it ,came through customs without any charges so cost a total of £90.00. If you go for it I can talk you through the fitting, I am a mechanic to trade , so not a problem. Probably took about 3 hours .

Thanks for the offer of help. I am reasonably handy but if I get any probs I know where to come. I've just made the bold step of ordering the audiovox so we'll see how we go. Cheers

You will love your Audiovox CC even more if you get the matching Rostra control stalk at the same time. It installs neatly on the LHS of the steering coloumn just like a factory unit. They are listed on Ebay USA. Just back from 2500 Kms of cruising, love it.

Oh no I can't stand it more toys. I will be strong this time, if i find I use it a lot I may upgrade to the stalk. Please don't tell me about the toys

I paid about that for my Waeco, before exchange rates got really silly, be interesting to see how it compares, can't imagine it's going to be too much different. Wouldn't be without mine, even if it's only so I can stretch out my legs & feet every so often 8)
You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.

No it's the genny mounting that's causing the problems
