Ok peeps....bookings are open.

First of all the campsite rules. See: http://home.btconnect.com/gibfarm/smoothrunnings.htm
The only exception to these rules is about keeping quiet after 11.00pm.
Because this is a block booking we can party on after 11.00pm providing that the noise doesn't become excessive...but no 'after hours' loud music please.

As in the past I'll try to put the hookup peeps who want a less noisy pitch down the far end of the hookups and the party animals/family groups near to the marquee.
We have virtually unlimited non hookup pitches available and once again I'll try to segregate between 'quiet' & 'party'. Please respect these ' separate' areas.

Booking:

Bookings via me please, NOT THE CAMPSITE. Pitch fees include a small donation towards NWest funds to be used for prizes etc.

Hookups:
Bookings only being accepted for both nights at the moment. £30 per pitch for Friday & Saturday nights inclusive.
At this time we have a minimum of 12 hookup pitches available but if things go to plan this may go up to 16 or more.
Pitches will be reserved strictly in order of reciept of the pitch fees (£30) with a reserve list being taken. If you fall off the bottom of the hookup list you will be offered a non hookup pitch and the difference refunded, or if you decide not to attend cos you can't have a hookup, you will get a full refund.
Please let me know what sort of pitch you would like ie Quiet, Family and/or Party.

Non Hookups:
Virtually unlimited number of non hookups. Please book for either Friday and/or Satuturday. Cost £10 per night per pitch (£20 for both nights). Please indicate preference for Quiet/Family/Party.

Early arrivals/late departures.
If you want to make a long weekend of it you will be welcome. See the Gibraltar Farm website for details and book direct with them for the extra nights. DO NOT INCLUDE FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT IF BOOKING EXTRA NIGHTS. You may be required to move pitches on Friday afternoon to make way for the Bash. pm Harry if in doubt.

Day visitors:
Day visitors are very welcome. Please park where requested, NOT just anywhere. There will be a nominal charge of £2 per car/van per day towards NW funds.

Turning up without pre booking:
If you want to 'turn up on spec' for the weekend you will still be made very welcome. You will be allocated a non hookup pitch wherever we can fit you in. Pay upon arrival.
