9" lcd car overhead dvd player flip down tv monitor and game

How can i fit this to my mazda bongo? We want to fit it overhead the drivers and passenger seats. Not sure if theres any cables running above there or if the air vents are running there. Any advice would be great?
Better to be 10 minutes late in this life than 10 years earlier in the next!
