1940`s Event 27/28 June at Tatton Park

I don`t know if anybody will be interested, but on the 27/28 June at the old Tatton Hall in Tatton park Cheshire there is a 1940`s event with music, displays, old military vehicles, and on both days a WW11 battle re-enactment. I know it`s short notice but it`s a nice day out. I will be camping there as there is no charge for re-enactors, I don`t know if there is a charge for camping for visitors, but there is a small charge to get into the event. My name is Ian so come and say hello ( I`m the only one there with an Essex accent ). P.S. If you have pets it`s not advisable to bring them along as the battles get very loud.

Oooh - that sounds v. tempting. Just down the road for us so thanks+++ for the heads-up. May see if my son and his mate fancy coming along.

Hi Mike, It depends on the the day and what is needed, I will either be in a 82nd airborne para uniform or playing a US Ranger Medic. I hope to have a small display of WW11 medics eqiupment for people to see as well. Hope to see you there Ian.
