Tim, Look at the AVA website www.mazdabongo.com and put "hose" in the search box. I think the top picture is the one you need. If that's it, phone Vaughan on 01234-480808 and get it sent out next day delivery. I think they do a Staurday delivery. Tell them Ian said it was OK.
By the way, excuse Kelv and mates, they've obviously been taking mind altering drugs. We have reported them to the Staffordshire police.......

That's only because it's a Friday and the Bongo awaits
As long as it doesn't jump on the hose busting bandwagon, can't say I trust the thing myself.
It gave me a ratther strange grin when i checked the coolant level yesterday, maybe it's plotting something

Hope repair goes well and you're out and about again soon.

Well new hose is fitted and system has been flushed, topped up and bled. Been out for a drive and there is still some evidence of an air lock. However a bit more bleeding and i am hoping all will be fine.
Will let you kn ow how i get on tomorrow when i ahve carried out another bleed.

What evidence of an airlock are you getting?

Have bled a few times, although always had to do it a few timesto get rid of all the air completely. Attached garden hose to header tank and allowed to flow out of bleed hose until i got a clean flow of water.

The temperature gauge swings a little on hills telling me air is still present. Have bled again tonight and hopefully one more go should see it right.

Take it out for a run until it gets hot.
Mark the exact coolant level with a marker pen.
Slowly and carefully remove the expansion tank cap.
Any air in the system will expand and cause the coolant level to rise.
0.5 mm rise is acceptable, any more than this may need further purging.
