Errrr......ummmmm.......maybe the location and what the event is?

You did us proud last time (Trough of Bowland) and thanks from me, Will and Granddad (who thought the day worth it for the steam bus alone) 8)

Thanks Mel for reminding us about the steam fair. quick decision by Dabs to go ,phoned me 9.30 Sunday morning did i want to go, 10.30 on our way. long journey all of 10 miles
Parked up in a smashing spot, went for a quick walk round, met Mel (greatpretender) then back for a cuppa , then surprise, cabte (Carl and Justine) turned up, parked near us, we went and finished the walk around then went back for another cuppa and was chatting away to Carl and Justine in the sunshine for a good couple of hours, smashing day out, not planned and ended up with a mini meet , brill. A few pics that i took between cuppas (cheers dabs).

Glad you guys n girl enjoyed it, just goes to show you can't trust the weather forcast............
Just a few pics of what I thought intresting.

Image
Very pretty Austin 7.

Image
Nice Super Sport Morgan with some modern updates.

Image
Very nice Norton.

Image
For a kit car the panel fit and bodywork was superb.

Image
Now this is an enigma, it is a Bitza. Chassis and running gear Austin 12, tub Bentley, front wings are Ford model T rear wings and the rears are Rolls Royce. It looks right and like a barn find, fooled me for a while............but that aint hard.

For me this little unpretentious moped was the star of the show. For a utilitarian machine it was designed an built to a very high standard.
