It's a busy time of the year for a lot of folk and there will probably be a lot of meets. Silverstone week before and Hayling island the week after. Couldn't make hayling

Birthday party on the Saturday.
Cheif Chef (Jimmy) will be doing the BBQ, so amongst other things you can sample the bbq Spam recipe that we acquired from Muz

Anna,
I've just checked it with Adrian and we are free that weekend
I'll book it tomorrow. It takes about 2 hours to get to Banbury from our house so we hope to be there by 7 - 7.30 on Friday.
I hope Tina can sort her shifts to pop down - it will be lovely to catch up (on the last 28 years

)
Sarah
PS not sure about the spam though...

Hi Sarah,
Thats great

I am sure Tina will get down, but probably just for the day. She was quite excited about seeing you again. I won't force you to eat spam... You can have Luncheon meat instead

I'm sure you will have a good time
Don't forget when you book the caravan site to quote Ref: Bongo Bunch
Look forward to seeing there
Anna

Booked in today. I said 'Bongo Bash' twice and asked if we could be put with the other Bongos but I wasn't sure she was listening. If you contact them to check numbers please make sure the Hurleys (2 people) are included

. I'd hate to be stuck the other side of the site
We'll see the rest of you then

Hi Sarah,
I have checked and you are definitely on the list

However there is only 4 on it,

so if anyone is unsure, please pm me with your Surname or double check personally. I think they have now put up a note on their reception board, so the problem should be solved.
Looking forward to this one too

Hi Guys,
I heard from the site today, who advised early booking to ensure pitches, as they are apparently already heavily booked, due to "The party in the park Saturday".

Hopefully they will not use the provisionally held places, just yet!, but I can not gaurantee it . So get booked guys!. We don't want to miss out on this one

Hi
I just wanted to bring this post back to the top.
There are still pitches available for this meet. Just quote "Bongo Bunch" with the campsite.
(Would it be possible to move this to Fancy meeting up)
Thanks
Paul

Hi,
Plenty of time yet, but just wondered how everyone felt about BBQ night. Saturday is Party in the park, which you may wish to visit at different times and if this is the case, maybe friday would be best. What do you think?? Or shall we just play it by ear ??? I'm sure the spam will keep either way
