rear seat belt

My N reg bongo has one rear seat at back (other was removed to make way for cooker). I need to re-install inertia reel seat belt for this seat. Anybody got any ideas about how to locate the reel and which interior panels need removing to do this? Thanks!

Inertial reel appears to be behind rear lower quarter panel, with the retainer bolted through the top one. Piccy of the top bit, below, might help you get started?
