1995 - 2.5L Diesel Bongo - 4WD - Part Numbers

Hi,

I am looking at doing some work on my Bongo to et it ready for an NCT(MOT). I know I need to do the following work:
Change Fuel Filter
Change oil Filter and oil
Change air filter
New Brake Pads
Replace CV-boot by front left wheel.

Would anyone be able to advise the part numbers for the above parts so that I can get them ordered before I schedule time to do the work? Also, is the CV-boot easy to change?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
