coolant leak

Hi. Help please. I have some bubbles from the front of the manifold that turn to steam when I rev up at normal temp. No steam at exhaust, and very slight water loss. Do I need a Head/ Gasket or
is there some other way water can be there.

Which manifold (inlet or exhaust)? I don't think water circulates through either, so it's probably a nearby hose, with a pinhole leak, sending out a fine spray.

When engine is at normal temperature if I rev up I can see bubbles on the top end of exhaust manifold and puffs of steam come out near turbo,but I am sure its higher than the head gasket.
Will investigate more tomorrow.

It does sound more like a pin hole in a pipe that is spraying water onto the exhaust manifold. This should be relatively easy to fix, but it would be wise not to use it until you've had it sorted. The turbo has a coolant flowing through it, so it could be either the rubber or metal pipes in that area. When the engine is cold, you should be able to see signs of where the water is coming from. I have just removed the heatshield and found manifold stud broken.

Still looking for a leak.
