and if anyone can help with which wires go where when installing a split charger.

Re: help with fuse box
Just change it. Fuse diagram is in the factsheets in the members area if you need it.
You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.

Re: help with fuse box
you don't normally disconnect a battery just to change a fuse. (well i don't )peanutcrusher wrote:do i need to disconnect the battery to replace fuse number 8 or will it be OK to just go ahead and do it.

Re: help with fuse box
the battery is next to me in my front room charging up. I've just had the split charger installed today but they did not have my battery to put in. so the wire for the internal light has not been plugged in yet only the one for the radio.
I'm not to sure if my second battery is holding a charge so i saw looking to bypass the system for now if i remove the wire from the radio slot and replace the fuse i take it everything will work fine.

Re: help with fuse box
I printed the fuse diagram out and laminated it and keep it in the glove compartment (in case of emergency)LOL

Re: help with fuse box
OK now i understand, yes isolate and tape the wire you take out of the fuse, just in case you forget and connect the second battery. it should then work with the fuse fitted.peanutcrusher wrote:the battery is next to me in my front room charging up.
