Possible cracked head
Aid175 I have just had a new head fitted under warranty, but i fit cylinder heads on avr of 2 a month in my job, is it pressurerising the water ? find a local garage with a dye kit, this is filled with a blue dye and the bulb is squeezed on the top drawing up the air off the header tank ...if the blue dye changes to any shade of green the head is kaput!
this test is not fool proof but usually detects a change... i have a kit if you had been nearer i would have tested it you for free, but from the trouble you have had, start looking for a head, ebay usually have one on for around £275 ish, and it is very easy to fit, even if you just buy the head and take it to your local garage and ask them to fit it hope this helps Rich

set all heaters to hot
Ps also make sure you have the front and REAR heaters on hot position when trying to bleed it through Rich
