Hi,
There seems to be a bit of confusion on camping booking, so hopefully this will help.
To book by downloading the booking form. http://www.whittlebury.com/index.php?pa ... mping.html Click on "online booking"
Print fill in and send, address as form,or fax 01327850001
You can then phone with payment,01327850000 ,enclose a cheque, or pay when you arrive, however the latter, will be more expensive.
Or Send an Email to mailto:[email protected] Giving following information
Name, Adress, Tel No, vehicle registration, Date of arrival,Date of departure, Event Renault World Series Ref BONGO CLUB

The cost is for the full weekend which runs from Thursday- monday morning.
Arrive Thursday= £45
Arrive Friday =£35
Arrive Saturday =£25
Arrive Sunday = £15

I should choose the cheapest option on the list. If paying by phone you can explain that it is a camper/awning, with Bongo Club.

I hope this is of help

Anna :D

They take up to six weeks. I haven't got them yet either. DBlake goes every year and had no problems, but it would be a good idea, if those only needing 2 actually ordered extra, in case they run out.

They don't arrive until a few weeks before the event, so it won't be before late May/early June.

I always print out the confirmation page, so I've got something to use to argue with if for some reason they don't.

Who's going to Le Mans. Jamie or Mike? Lucky thing!!!
I'm still trying to get a dogsitter ,as they are not allowed near race tracks. I have never put her in a kennel , but may have too :( or come home for night time and miss all the fun and calvados

Tammy is ok at the campsite, Whittlebury is nothing to do with Silverstone. If Tammy is ok for a few hours in the Bongo, sorted

Thanks Muz,
I must admit I didn't ask the site, because it is normally against rules to have a dog in or around the race track and they have direct access to the track. Nothing to worry about now then. She will be fine in the caravan with her toys :D I don't think I could put her in kennels anyway, even though it might do her good.

Cheers Anna :D

So have I and this is the first year I haven't received an email telling me about the tickets being available.
Did you get an email? or just read about it on here like me?
