I have just noticed aa annoying squeak or squeal that appears to be coming from the drivers side rear wheel.
It only happens when I turn left into a street.
Any ideas
I am going to somerset next Monday for a week and don't want to find out something is terribly wrong before I go on first away trip
I think the rear drop links have recently been knocking as well could the two types of noise be linked
any ideas

Wild Women from WONGO there are none in my BONGO !!

How strange. Mine's been doing that today when I turn right. I'm thinking maybe a bracket on the anti-roll bar and that holds the rubber bush may have broken, or else something like that. Mut get underneath and check. Strange as I did a drive and parked up out side the house and it was fine. Drove it today and had this noise. Come to think of it though, there was a few strange noises a couple of weeks back but they went away. Strange things Bongos.
PS - Kirsty (Missfixit70) may be able to comment as she advoates putting new brackets on when bushes are changed (which I did not do when I did mine, hence my musings)

Could be the case Mike, but have you got any associated clunks as well, that don't "feel" right?
You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.

Thanks BDC
I think it was a dry period that I noticed the squeak .
I will give it a jet wash this week and see what happens
The strange thing it only happens now and again

and only noticewhen turning the corners.
As long as it is not the bearings I will turn the radio up until I get back from my trip to Zummerzet.

Yes and No, hard to tell. It's all rather slight and comes and goes. A long time ago it used to make a noise if the suspension was put through a big dip when cold, but the noise disappeared after a few miles. That one was probably suspension related though interestingly it vanished at some point (was it when I renovated the front arb bushes maybe?). This one has a bit of both squeak and click/clunk about it. I'll have to get underneath and do an inspection. It doesn't feel like anything urgent though
