SPARE WHEEL

Post by steve480 » Thu Mar 26, 2009 4:55 pm

HI FOLKS,
HAD MY BONGO ABOUT 6 MONTHS, NOT REALLY BEEN FAR IN IT BUT PLANNING TO THIS YEAR. I HAVE ONE OF THOSE DAFT SPACE SAVER SPARE WHEELS. WAS THINKING OF GETTING A PROPER SPARE WHEEL & TYRE. WILL IT STILL FIT IN WHERE SPARE WHEEL GOES WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. JUST A WEE BIT CONCERNED ABOUT GROUND CLEARANCE. ANY ADVICE WILL BE GREAT.
THANKS STEVE

Hi Steve
As long as it's got a PCD of 114.3mm and a centre bore of 67.1mm. You can have a larger centre bore, but you'll need spigot rings to make them fit.
Try posting in the Stuff Wanted/ Free Stuff/Swaps section - there's usually loads of them lying around :D
