Good to hear your problems have been sorted and it wasn't a diff problem. =D> My hubby has his uses. After he spoke to you, Allan had another phone call from a garage that had taken a bongo in Part EXchange. It was stuck on their ramp and wouldn't drive. It had been booked in with Allan 10 days previously as it had a 'squeal'. But it never turned up... it looks look they sold it instead and the 'squeal' was the diff just about to pack up! Don't forget to check the fluid level in the diff (if you haven't done this).
Allans Garage retired. Try PGS (Plymouth Garage Services) or Mayflower Auto Services Plymouth

yeah I have changed the diff oil front and rear. Its a totally different machine, all I can hear now is wind.... it's the beans you know....

Do these things have freewheeling hubs on the front, it's a long time since I dabbled. but from what I remember from working on Jeeps, they had a release nut behind the wheel that enabled you to be able to rotate the front wheels when jacked up.

humph! i guess that means all 4 off the deck simultaneously at the same time together. I've decided to ignore the drivers side engine compartment for now and just keep an eye on the oil level, that way I'll not get freaked out every time I look! Recieved the blanking plates today, although I wasnt in, being a postman, so they're gonna redeliver tomorrow. ho-hum

hi mr r,at the start of your post you mentioned the million buzzers and beeps 90% of these can be cured by removing the small panel inside the drivers door (next to the go pedal) grabbing hold of the small blue box and throwing it out of the window, worked for me also do your self a big favor and get a low coolant alarm and a mason temperature alarm and look after your investment, then all you have you to do is enjoy....regards n.....

finally found out how to add pics hehe, this is the pipe that seems to get a little wet. The cylinder head gets wet behind the pump and seems to travel backwards, covering everything. Will post some more when I get a chance. Have since bought some blanking plates, going to fit them this weekend, watch this space

You just need to figure out how to make it bigger so we can see it now
That is the EGR pipe going from the turbo to the egr valve & on to the point you've arrowed which is where it meets the inlet manifold. Nothing to worry about, get the blanking plates fitted.
You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.
