Had my bongo about 18 months now and love it, so does my wife Nikk and kids. Well Antony does, he's 3 in april and my baby girl Melissa who is 3 months is sure to love it as she gets abit older. Its a great festival vehicle especially being 4 wheel drive. Love the mentality of Bongo drivers, lets spread the love people.
I have Antony sitting in the front quite often which he loves cos he can see so much and feels like a big boy cos he's sat up front with Daddy. If we are going anywhere he often asks to go in the Bongo instead of Nikks car. He even tells everyone at his nursery about the Bongo which confused them a lot as they had no idea what a Bongo was till I went in one day and explained.
Not pimped my Bongo too much yet but am about to start. Covered the seats a while ago in black leatherete material and got a central armrest cubby box and covered that in the same material. looks cool. Dyed carpets black to match. Just bought a entire stainless steel exhaust system of ebay for £200 and shall be getting that fitted soon. Then its going to be sidebars, blacked out windows and painted grill over the next few months as spare cash dictates.
Have I gone on enough? Most likely, well done to those who stuck it out this far and not fell asleep.
