hi,
we have a few scabby bits on our bongo and are thinking about getting a respray, maybe even in a different colour-it`s currently white over silver-does anyone have any experience of getting a respray, and how much can i expect to pay?

2 sills and an arch on mine was a fair £200 -
£2000 wouldn't be a lot for a decent respray. It depends a lot on how scabby the scabby bits are - if it involves rust (and it'll almost certainly involve some once the old paints prepared) you're looking at more. I doubt a honest paintshop boss would give you an exact price on a 11 year old vehicle, more like a quote which can go up and down, as the financial services wizard says...........
