Heater Fan.

Post by mikelamb » Sun Jan 04, 2009 8:17 pm

Hi and a Happy new year to you all, :)
Hopefully I am going to strip the heater fan out tomorrow, I think the brushes are shot. Will I be able to use the bongo without the fan fitted, so that I will be able to fetch new parts.
Mike.

You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.

Managed to remove the heater fan today. The bushes were ok but one of the springs had broken and there seemed to be alot of muck built up inside. After a good clean up and alot of driving around to find a suitable spring all is now well! Not a bad job to take on, even with my search for the new spring taken into account I was all done by eleven o' clock.
Cheers,
Mike.
