So all the New Year resolutions of: eat better for 2009, loose weight etc will all be out of the window as soon as we start on John's chips, Heather's Bacon and those 100 donuts, not forgetting all the food Anna will bring :D

Have to confess I do :D :D. 2 expensive ones from kits - a Vinfandel/Shiraz red at £1.80 bottle and a white Burgundy at £1.60 a bottle  and a 'summer wine' cheap and cheerful   cross between elderflower and Piesporter 9% abv at about 50p a litre. Got some old beer as well, but it doesn't travel. Trouble is I'm not allowed to destil.
