Er, how does the 'foot rest'/'small seat' stay in place...?

Post by Trouble at t'Mill » Thu Nov 20, 2008 10:19 pm

Y'know, the li'l seat base that you can sit on using the front seat backrests as, er, backrests for the li'l seats. Ie: how can you make it stay 'level' so's you can sit on it?

Thanks

Slide the seat forward & flip the little footrest back on itself

I was going to ring up the dealer and tell him that the buddy seats/rests were broken as they collapsed when sitting on them. Didn't slide the seat forward

This video by Ian has been widely available to all members for some time. There are a few others also available produced by Ian and other members. Check out http://www.bongoogle.co.uk/default.asp. A website run by a Bongo Fury member.

If it wasn't for common sense, a few years ago, someone might have driven around in one for months, before they realised they were seats. And they might even have not realised that the inner roof also raised to make more headroom. :-"

Ya know those little footrests behind the front seats? How do you flip em so they become a small seat? I keep falling off the footrest onto my big bottom. :(
