Update on the starting problem.
The jump start didn't work so i invested in a new battery..
RESULT!! Fired up first time.

But i'm still getting 10 volts to both wires running to my CL actuator, no fuses have blown on the alarm system.
The controller normally sends a pulse to only one of the actuator wires in respect of lock or unlock.??
Cheaper by comparison to a race horse...
